over a decade Stella Blues Café has been serving home-style
meals using the freshest ingredients available. In June of 2003
we moved into our new grand location at 1279 S. Kihei Rd. We
are proud to now offer full scale catering services for your
special occasions. |
| In
house we offer an intimate private dining room for your meetings
or parties. Anything from formal four course dinners to casual
baby showers. We love to host rehearsal dinners. This room can
accommodate up to fifty people. Our staff will customize and
print a personalized menu to fit any occasion. |
| Here
is how it works. You may choose items from the
wide variety available on Stella Blues dining menu to be printed
on a limited menu for your guests (sample custom event menu). Buffet dining is also available.

menu for ideas. Our Executive Chef Kevin Inouye will
be happy to create original recipes if you have specific requests
that are not shown here. |
| The
rental fee for the private dining room is $50 / hour. If the
total bill reaches a minimum of $500 this rental fee will be
waived. |
| You

family owned and operated restaurant each time you visit. We
bring the same care and aloha to any location as our professional

vary depending on guest count. A final guest count must be confirmed
72 hours prior to the event. Prices are subject to change based
on revisions to the menu, guest count or other changes in specified
items. A deposit of 20% of this estimate is required to secure
this date. The balance of the contract must be paid in full
at the time of the event. |
